We don't know if they'll develop, but they have things you can't teach
I'd rather take a chance on some 6'9" 400 lb and a 6'7" 322 lb Poly guys w/ lean mass than on a 6'7" 250 lb. Utah county kid who may never be able to put on the necessary 50 lbs to be a solid D1/NFL prospect lineman.
If they can learn their respective positions they both have the physical tools to be dominant. It's a big if though, and it'll be fun to see how each develop. Hopefully they have patience to be developed like Ziggy, and cash a big NFL paycheck in the end.
