If they never received a scholly, they aren't a flop
You aren't wasting your limited resource of scholarships. There just aren't many scholly guys BYU has taken a risk on like this year. It is a new phenomenon, so I guess we will just have to wait a few years or so to see if either of these guys pan out. I am a big fan of taking the calculated risk on these guys that BYU has this year.
