Just try to get your number 2 pitcher to realize it is better
if the other team hits the ball than if he walks them. Gives your kids a chance to make a play. Just have him warm up throwing easy down the middle, and try to get him to focus on that during the game. It's okay if they get some big hits - you can work with that - can't work with getting worked on tons of walks. If he tries to be the hero, he won't last the whole game, and then you'll have issues with #4.
