than the mac book's (at least on a laptop). And the iPhone/iPad/iPod are still just excellent pieces of hardware as well. I totally love them.

and, I don't honestly care about innovation. It's fine with me if they wait to sort out bugs before adopting new tech. I really just want my devices to do things well, I don't care if they do the newest thing.

But apple has been making weird decisions with basic things. iTunes is one of the biggest offenders - used to be a wonderful music organization tool. Loved it. But it got more and more bloated over time and now it is truly unusable. I avoid it whenever I can. iCloud is the same - lots of potential, but executed so poorly. And now with the stupid single port thing... don't get me started. I can tolerate the other things, but the single port on both the phone and mac could be the last straw for me and make me switch.
