I think he's more referring to the idea of private labeling stuff and selling it on Amazon. There's nothing wrong with
that at all. That is definitely not an MLM. That's just a business that happens to have Amazon as a sales channel.
Amazing.com is something completely different, and yeah, that sounds MLM-ish and scammy.
