"I received this product at a discount or for free in exchange for my unbiased feedback" reviews. The idea being that you should be able to place more trust into the reviews that are left on there. Of course, if you ever do get burned with a crappy product, Amazon does have an excellent return policy so really you wouldn't be out anything.
