I could be. But let's focus on what he did, not his mistake here...
He has a legitimate beef if there was internal dialogue at VTF about it, and nobody objected to him sharing a link to the video on his personal twitter. He didn't share it on VTF. In fact the story was already being published on several reputable news outlets like KUTV and the Deseret News. So, he shares it on his own Twitter. A few hours later people start complaining and ask him to remove it. He removes is. Should be end of story right? No, he gets fired from VTF, who hours early had no strong opinion about it. Really? So VTF fires him for sharing a link on his personal twitter that was already being widely published on several reputable news outlets?
That sounds like extreme censorship of the media and a major over-reaction.
Nobody is happy the FB story happened, nobody is happy the video got released, but it did. It's on youtube, KUTV, the Deseret News, and many other sites.
To fire a BYU fan from contributing to VTF because he shared the same link the Deseret News and KUTV were sharing is very silly and the kid has a beef here. If everybody would stop laughing for a moment about his CB blunder (which is hilarious) and think about why he feels wronged and came here for support in the first place, they might get it.
If you think FB should get a second chance, why not this kid?
