It's a Great Thing

There is no downside to this. Last year my son played basketball for the top HS team in Hawaii. He played varsity as a sophomore, but rarely played. This year he starts and is one of the better players. Kids naturally get better when they play. 3 kids from that varsity team have or will play for D1 programs, but they lost 9 seniors. This year they are still very good, but a different team and had to learn how to play together because they lost so many kids and they dropped a few games early on. When you do not return a lot of players with experience there is a much bigger learning curve

If we return so many in regards to stats, it should only be better where you can replace even your best players if there is better talent, but you know what your floor is and can only go up.
