If we're to be honest, the staff as a whole was pretty inexperienced at their positions.  It's always easy to blame the O coordinator.

I have no insider information. But it appeared to me KS never wanted Ty as his coordinator and wanted to bring in an assistant of his choosing all along.

It was just a bad situation to begin with and Ty was treated unfairly and became an unfair casualty as a result.  I feel bad for him and will be unhappy about it for a long time.
