issues on offense didn’t have something to do with his inexperience. I love Detmer and wanted him to have success, but just because we all loved Detmer doesn’t mean we could afford to let him run the offense into the ground. In my opinion we should have brought him in as a position coach and got him some experience at the college level before making him the OC. I think we will see a huge difference this year on the offensive side of the ball.
