Slowest line I’ve ever seen you order and the food sits forever and is cold by the time you sit. The food doesn’t look like it gets replenished like the stuff had been there since 10 am. The food prep areas look dirty with messes on the ground etc. Teenager or young adults running everything no good leadership managing it and last but not least is they don’t clean the tables well, garbage is full. Gave it a try a couple times and will never go back. Costa seems to be managed better and a consistent experience at each restaurant that’s the real indicator is if each one can maintain the same level of quality.
