These are my complaints about Tooele:
-The constantly run out of certain meats. I've been to numerous other Cafe Rios and have never experienced this.
-Terribly slow service. This is the only Cafe Rio I have been to that never has a line, yet it takes forever to get any food.
-Employees that don't care. We have been there many times where employees stand around talking or looking at their phones instead of working. We've tried to call in orders and have been put on hold for much longer than should ever be necessary. And on the occasions where they do take our order over the phone there is some sort of screw up that is likely attributed to employees not caring about their job or just being plain lazy.
-The place is usually a mess.

These aren't just one time things. These are observed over several years. If it were up to me we wouldn't eat there, ever. But my wife has some sort of addiction.

I'm curious to know how the Traverse Mountain location stacks up.
