The guy's little girl, maybe 4-5 years old was goofing off while dad was washing his hands, climbed up on the toilet and stood on the tank. It buckled and she fell onto the tank, cause it to break and giving her a deep gash in her torso. It was probably 1" deep and 4"-6" long.

This was before my mission. My buddies and I were grabbing a quick bite to eat before heading into Orem to a water park... we lost our appetites.
