Sitake appears to have thought he needed to make up for Bronco’s no fun regime and the players would just perform. People don’t normally do what we expect, they do what we inspect. There has to be strong discipline. Adding to the problem, the coaches he had brought incwere also pretty much nice guys. I really think we’ll see a huge change.
