There's not really any reason he would be more or less likely to do that than the other guys available around there. It's not a high pick. You're not drafting a guy who should be expected to turn into a 10-year really solid role player. Pro sports are tough and careers are typically short.
He can do a bit of everything and the system with this team is much better than the role he was reduced to at Duke. Everything from having to create his own plays to spacing to having other shooters, etc etc.
