I really don’t see a front loaded schedule being a huge issue
Both schools are are fresh and working out kinks, the past 3 games shows you one of two things:
1: there isn’t that big of a talent gap with BYU and most P5s
2: BYU has the ability to prepare better than teams early to offset any talent gap
You want to be ranked at the end of the year, thus long winning streaks are more valuable later in the year.

The problem is our P5 scheduling front-loads us which can be problematic. Would love to see more balance
