I'm pretty sure I already lost two pounds this morning
on the toilet. Also, I shaved off my beard (I had to for a role in The Nutcracker), which likely dropped another half a pound. So I'm already off to a great start.
I'm thinking I'll walk home from work today, 2.5 miles, to keep it going, despite the bad inversion air.
