egregious than any we’ve seen in a long time. The no-call is trending on twitter, every athlete and talking head has weighed in, every article has mentioned it, heck, even ESPN had a whole front page section for the controversy.
To act like that call was no different from any number of calls missed throughout the course of the game is being biased, not the other way around. The whole world isn’t out to get the Rams, but everybody has eyes and saw that play as far more noteworthy than anything we’ve seen in a while.
It’s okay to wipe your brow, say “phew, we got away with one,” and move onto watching your team in the Super Bowl. It’s the refs’ fault, not the Rams, and they ultimate capitalized on the opportunity that resulted.
