pushups are good. get a pull-up bar you can put in a doorway. find something
heavy to hold and do some squats and lunges.

I don't think you'll bulk up a ton, but you'll be stronger than doing nothing, and it's free (or nearly free). however, what's worked for me has been going to the gym and lifting their weights.
