4. Denver - Same team as last year, will obviously still be very good

I think they actually improved. If nothing else, adding Jerami Grant probably helps. And now it looks like they'll let Trey Lyles go so that's got to be addition by subtraction. But the Jazz improved a lot more, at least on paper. So I agree with having them below the Jazz. I just disagree that they're the same.

2. Houston - Still have James Harden, so until proven otherwise they are ahead of Utah

Ok, I was going to disagree but I got nothing. I just hope Chris Paul continues to drop off and that Houston isn't able to add anyone significant.
