Chris Paul and James Harden still don't like each other and the Rockets were unable to unload Capela. I would think they need to make a move (Westbrook?) to save face, but maybe they can forgive and forget. Eh, I don't think that is likely. Harden is my most likely to follow AD and quit on his team this year while demanding a trade. I think the Rockets finish 7th or 8th or could completely collapse unless they make some changes.

The Blazers are again the team that nobody is talking about. Instead of a major overall, they made tweaks and I like the fit of Bazemore and Whiteside. Losing Harkless hurts, but Rodney Hood wanted to be in Portland and I think he will be solid. Aminu and Evan Turner not so much. I think they got a little bit better. The few changes they made were adding decent guys in their prime that I think will mesh quickly unlike some other teams, get off to a good start and get Nurkic back hopefully next Feb in time to make a late push to finish 4th in the West.
