This is exactly right. When has BYU ever done a good job containing
a dual threat quarterback on the ground? If they let him loose to run we are probably in big trouble. I have heard Huntley say that he is trying to develop into more of a pocket passer. If that is true I have big hopes.

I don't really believe that natural dual threat quarterbacks can transition to a pocket passer without losing some of what makes them great. They learn how to play one way and the other way is soooo different that it throws off their mojo. We saw it with Taysom when they wouldn't let him loose. If he goes full dual threat Huntley is potent but likely to get injured during the season. If not he is sub-par and very beatable. I expect the first half he will preform poorly and then they let him loose in the second and he becomes a real handful.
