We had a stout run defense and way better pass coverage than the previous year. The 2017 Utah game should have been a massacre, but Utah just couldn't score for some reason. In any case, our secondary should have improved this year, and with Covey out, BYU will be expecting Huntley to try and make plays with his legs. Expect BYU to have a pretty solid run defense assuming that we can halfway fill the role of Sione Takitaki. He will for sure be missed.
