Don't know about time. But you certainly have the talent if it's like the Jeep. I just watched a youtube video once.
It was really that simple. Unscrew 4 bolts, detach the belt. Replace the alternator. Replace the belt. Screw down the bolts.
I'm not saying the accord is the same, but it may be worth checking youtube...
