Hiring detmer wasn't a disaster, firing him was a tragedy.

TH should lose his job over that situation alone. You don't hire a guy as an OC with no prior college experience then give him only two years to figure it out. Especially when that guy is ty freaking detmer. When you hire him specifically in that circumstance you give him a long leash (3-4 years) and when he struggles you bring in help.

Holmoe should have been more expendable than ty. In fact he is more expendable than ty.
