Kalani is a great person. Nobody can debate that
However, this is a results based business. Meaning, he needs to win games. Most of them, and not by some small margin above .500 record.
If Kalani gets fired he will land on his feet just fine.
I am not saying he should get fired, but he has a lot to prove and I don't think we should even consider extending his contract until he proves to us that we should based on a great showing this year.
