Much respect. I think this is the first post I I've seen that was based in reality. Byu made the plays to beat USC, but they did so against a quarterback that struggled mightily.
I think the third stringer came in with something to prove and was willing to take risks. The wide receivers are the ones that made the plays as those were 50/50 balls. All it would take is one or two of those going the other way in this game could have turned around easily, but those wide receivers made sure that was not the case.
Not that it matters, but it would be interesting to see how the Utah game would have gone versus the quarterback play BYU faced and vice versa.
