I've never worked where a Christmas bonus was a thing...
But I have worked where target bonuses are offered as part of the compensation package. Usually dependant on either personal performance, company performance or some combination of both. Those bonuses have generally been 10% of salary, for manager levels, up to 25%, for director levels. Payout is typically during Q1 for what was earned over the prior year.
