It's not a wonder why there is zero loyalty with employees to most employers. Most companies have ended Christmas bonuses for many years now. Of course the free soda and cheap gym gimmicks is what some employers will justify "benefits" or "perks" they provide their employees. An employer like El Paso is simply something you don't see very often.
