That would be a different kind of frustration. That frustration would be born of
fear that we have lost the ability to compete with big time programs. This frustration is that we have the ability to compete with big time programs, but we lack the consistency. Honestly, I'd rather have this frustration. At least it means the future isn't hopeless.
