I don’t think you can say the two opponents are equal for two reasons.
1. Baylor is ranked higher, and if we were debating resumes of Baylor and Oregon there is no discussion.
2. Baylor has a lot more to play for, they still have a realistic path to the playoff, something Oregon couldn’t do no matter what happens.

Agree with this - Baylor was 9 in the CFP rankings last week, Oregon was 14 and

OU also has Jalen. ESPN loves him and wants to be able to have the story of him

Utah has ZERO quality wins in a conference that has ZERO quality wins.

Can you point me to the Big 12’s quality win?

Exactly. So many BYU fans with their heads in the sand when it comes to this.

Utah’s biggest issue is zero quality wins. OU has that. Not that complicated.

Evidently the committee disagrees with you

Which is why having a subjective committee invite 4 teams isn’t a playoff.
Mr. Scoobs

funny because BYU was one of those wins

Agree SEC deserves 2 based on conference strength, but comparing OU and UU, OU

Take it to the committee.

Iowa St is dropping out but Kansas St may move into the rankings

Don’t be shocked to see ASU jump into the rankings, too

I would be shocked.

One kind of paradox for Utah is that if it does smash Oregon, there’s

I can't imagine a scenario where Oregon falls out of the CFP ranking.

It’s so close that our loss to SDSU might actually impact the analysis

Utah is killing every team they play. Ou has a better resume, it’s a tough call

It's okay people. None of this will matter after the Ducks beat the yewts.
