Regarding Andy Ludwig....
"First, he was an offensive coordinator for Oregon from 2002-04 and he didn’t exactly have prolific passers under his reign and still managed to help lead the Ducks to a couple of bowl games"
My take: Oregon had QB Kellen Clemens during Ludwig's 3 seasons there. The guy was a 2nd round draft pick and spent 11 years in the NFL!!!!
Oh yeah, it was Ludwig that willed the team to a couple of bowl games. He was the worst!!
From Oregonlive regarding Ludwig:
Ludwig is reviled by many Oregon fans for his tenure as UO offensive coordinator from 2002 to 2004.
The Ducks were 20-17 in the span, went to two bottom-feeder bowl games and lost them both. Ludwig left, Oregon coach Bellotti scrapped his pro-style offense for the spread, a decision that led to the hire of Chip Kelly in 2007.
