In my limited experience, Chase is kinda stringent in business card applications
Tried to do one for my wife with her music lessons/piano teaching out of the home. Long story short: didn't qualify, even after multiple calls on reconsideration line. And now that we've been denied, absent some compelling verifiable changes to income or business scope, we'd likely be turned down again (i.e., having on file that you've been denied seems to work against you).

If you have an actual side business or are truly self-employed, by all means go for it. But I'd read an article similar to the one linked above, and my experience wasn't as straightforward as portrayed by that author. YMMV
