I signed up for the performance business card for my wife in October for 80,000 points just met the minimum spending the first of this year for a total of 85,000 points. Southwest made all their personal card referral links worth 75,000 points yesterday. I think the previous high was 60,000 on those cards so this is an exceptional offer. My wife was instantly approved so we'll get 80,000 points from that after hitting the minimum spending. So a total of 165,000 southwest points and also earn the southwest companion pass for all of 2020 and 2021 which means my wife can elect one person to fly for free with her including points or cash. The two business cards are available for 60k and 70k points also through referral. To get the companion pass you have to get more than 125k points. You used to be able to do that by getting two different personal cards in a calendar year but apparently that no longer works. You must get one personal card and one business card.
