Well, the online programs are graded independently...However, generally speaking

the answer is no. The mom could easily create grades and a transcript for that matter. This lady I hired as a teacher went to "Smith High School." Her last name was "Smith." She graduated with a 4.0. Her parents focused on the ACT, which she aced. She got a full ride scholarship at BYU.
