I know people spend a lot of money on different weight loss ideas/plans but it's actually pretty simple. I'm doing some intermittent fasting where I only have food between 12:00pm-7:00pm. I'm only about 10 days in and it's actually not that bad. It's not a complete fast as I'm drinking tons of water during the non-eating periods but it's pretty good.
I'm not going 0% carbs but I'm cutting down significantly. I am doing no desserts though although I'll have a bowl of frosted cheerios here and there. The only thing I'm drinking is water.
I'm also running 1-3 miles/day. It's not bad. I'll throw in some push-ups and sit-ups occasionally as well.
I'll do this for 60 days or so and get really healthy and then have fun the next 10 months. This way I don't add 10-15 lbs per year. I just end up staying about the same weight and I like life better that way.
