I agree every person is different so each diet needs to be tailor fitted.
there is no one diet works for everyone.

I dropped 60 lbs when I started Jiujitsu 8 years ago and have kept it off. One reason I have kept it off is that I compete often and have to make weight at the tournaments.

I have to go all or nothing on Sugars. One I get started I can't stop. I need to not eat the first cookie or I am in trouble.

I can cut Carbs with out any ill effects but once again I do better at cutting them all together then limiting them.

I work out daily.
