Those places are a both a huge employer, a huge driver of the economy, and most importantly they are best suited to maintain a high level of infection control and prevention).
Then other less elective business as the curves in individual states and counties are discernably decreasing.
Restaurants/bars/crowded venues obviously would be last. Still would say no school the rest of this academic year.
Sports in fan-less arenas would be ok; maybe start with golf and baseball (since they aren't in as close contact) and maybe hockey if all players were mandated to wear full face shields like in the Olympics. Basketball would be tougher.
