The fundamentals are worse than they've been in decades, with a third of the entire economy shut down. It looks to me like they've decided to essentially borrow a huge sum of money against future taxpayers in order to keep the stock market propped up, but I don't know, this behavior is so out of sync with everything I thought I knew about how the market worked that I'll admit I'm just baffled.
