is going up crazy fast in one day the same way it has a trigger to stop the market if it is going down too fast? It stops for 30 minutes if it drops by 5% in a period of time or something right? Does it do the same if going up really fast?

Just saw the market spike up like 3% this AM and was wondering if it went higher would it pause at some point.
