Inconsistency can be many things (including coaching). As someone that coaches youth (not football) for over 16 years, I've seen players and teams perform inconsistently. It should improve with age, but sometimes the team is on and sometimes it is not. You can say that I'm a terrible coach, but I've coached dozens of teams and had only 1 losing season in all that time (and it was a beginner recreation team).
Kalani's been a fairly average coach--based on results. I've liked some things and been disappointed with others. But, the responsibility for winning needs to be spread around (you shouldn't blame the coaches for everything).
I'd love to see the team do awesome this year.
