unctoothman Intervention Needed

(i.e. player can't take more than a maximum number of allowed steps while possessing the ball). It's basically a loose ball until he picks it up again.

He out the ball on the court, so at that point he can get up and it's not a travel. Same as walking next to a rolling

There's no rhyme or reason for when a ref (rarely) calls traveling anymore.
