Corn Pop Intervention Needed

A rolling inbounded ball is almost never touched by the dribbler until they

finally pick it up. There's some gray area in what just happened, but it's not the same as essentially chasing down a non-possessed ball.

He out the ball on the court, so at that point he can get up and it's not a travel. Same as walking next to a rolling

Point is, if the ball is sitting on the floor it's not being held/possessed by a player. So there's no ability to travel
