depends on the soundbar.. but most of the time it will always be better than TV

Zero Effect... Vaulted ceilings will be a bigger issue for things like ATMOS.

Get some rugs and put some pictures on the walls. A Soundbar is going to give way better sound quality than your TV

Sound bar works great in my family room, we have wood floors
