Good. It should go down further. It should be a flat fee unless it's $1M+
Or at least have tiered costs. If they find it and give you the tour and all that, or if you are coming from out of state then they can get a percentage or a higher flat fee. If they're just filing the paperwork for you because you found the house then it should be a small flat fee.
