parties got the market price. I can’t believe a man who calls himself an MD would not pay market price to an older couple that obviously didn’t know the market price. If the older couple would have hired a realtor you wouldn’t have got the “steal” you got. You owe those people money and you know how much. Will you honor your Hippocratic oath?
