Bronco did his best for BYU, even if the fans didn't always agree or appreciate what he was doing. He didn't always do things the way that I would have liked, but he did what he thought was best for the program. He turned around a complete dumpster fire and had a lot of success and took the program as far as he could.
That said, he's moved on, and I've moved on. I am a BYU fan first and foremost, and I'm invested in where the program is now and where it is heading. Bronco is part of the past, and I now view him in the same way that I look at Dave Rose or Roger Reid. I'm grateful for what they accomplished, but I don't spend any time worrying about what they are up to.
