None that I’ve ever worked for. Not if they want to keep good employees. That said there are some static roles that only
merit cost of living adjustment (e.g., call center). In a role like that you kind of need to decide you want to grow your career and apply for jobs that increase in responsibility and value add. Companies can’t afford to give big raises to roles that stay static. But anyone progressing in their career should get annual real raises.
