Yep, undisciplined leadership teams are going to kill their own companies (and others) by burning through their cash
recruiting people and then not getting profitable or acquired fast enough to make up for their irrational payroll burden.
But they think their hand is forced because the fight for talent is real and they do need people to execute against their business plans.
