I have been a die hard fan for years. They have to improve capacity and flow but
they have sold the sole of the company. The rides are not as good (Rise Exception) the target audience is a family like yours now. 400 plus per year removing middle income. And they nickel and dime you to death paying employees like crap. The shows have dramatically been reduced in quantity and quality even pre COVID.
It just makes me sad.

The crowds are what makes Disneyland awful. I might go back if they found a price point that kept the crowds down

Demand for Disneyland tickets is very inelastic. Raise prices 10% and it only decreases demand by a couple % points.

Staying at the Grand Californian is amazing. You can hop back to the hotel for a nap/swim/etc right from the park.
